Serving our region since 1953, United Cerebral Palsy of Northeastern Pennsylvania (UCP of ​NEPA) provides opportunities and resources to children and adults with intellectual, ​developmental, and physical disabilities as they build and lead their lives in the community.

As a local non-profit, UCP of NEPA relies on the generosity of our community to help us fulfill ​our mission. Whether it's someone living in our residential community homes, attending our ​adult day program, or receiving support through our children's services center, please know ​your support of our SUMMIT SLAM PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT will not only be an enjoyable ​event for you to attend but also help HUNDREDS of people in our region.

As America's fastest-growing sport, UCP of NEPA is excited to host Summit Slam Pickleball Tournament for ​UCP from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 27, at Birchwood Raquet Club, Clarks Summit. The event is a round-robin, ​non-sanctioned tournament of men's, women's, and mixed teams. Brackets will be made based on skill level, ​age, and gender. Medals will be awarded for first, second, and third place. Registration is $70 per team.

Teams will enjoy playing on eight indoor Nova® hard pickleball courts in an indoor, ​air-conditioned facility with a modern clubhouse. All players will receive an official ​tournament shirt, player gift bag, snacks, and bottled water. There will also be a gift ​basket and gift card raffle at the event with chances to win prizes from NEPA ​restaurants, businesses, and more!
